To earn a designation, a REALTOR� a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.
I am also a CDPE agent and have taken numerous educational courses which certify me as a distressed property expert.
As a Associate Broker I have achieved the highest level of licensing available through the California Department of Real Estate.

Education

Earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration has given me a strong background in financial analysis and a dynamic negotiations approach. This enables my clients to benefit by getting the right property at the best price.
